Want to ride smoother and faster with control and confidence over the technical features of the trail? Let us unlock your full potential and put you in control. This course is designed to give you the full range of fundamental skills to take your riding to the next level.

We meet at 10 am and after looking at our goals for the day and checking our set-up move through a variety of activities using our proven coaching formulae that add up to a complete Intermediate MTB package.

By lunch time you’ll be ready for a bite to eat before taking your new found confidence out on to the trails to really experience MTB at its best.

Experience Required

You should have been riding MTB with some confidence on blue graded/off road trails or ideally completed our Intro to MTB course. In addition you should be prepared to challenge yourself to attempt new skills in a group setting and be comfortable to work with others to achieve group goals.

Course Outline

Individual bike setup, skills check, cornering (advanced and berms), braking, gears and cadence, climbing and descending, line choice, pumping the trail, jumps and drops foundation skills, riding technical/loose/rocky terrain.

Age Requirements

Due to the physical demands of our courses and for the enjoyment of others we do not allow children under 12 to participate in group courses, we do however conduct private family courses tailored to this need.

COVID 19 Update

We take all necessary measures in line with Public Health England Guidance, group sizes are limited to 6 and participants are expected to bring hand sanitizer and a face mask for times when working in close proximity (these are highly sparse). Courses will be socially distanced (which is pretty easy outdoors!).
