At Alliance MTB we mean business when we coach, we also have the skills to help yours.
With qualifications in corporate/business coaching, psychological therapeutic interventions and experience of systems/strategic planning we can help your team develop.
If that’s a day planned around learning a new skill together, problem solving tasks or a group challenge we can help.
With a private classroom and catering available, we can do multi-day courses with catering based at Sherwood Pines with lots of accomodation nearby.
No previous MTB experience required but you must be able to ride a bike. Courses are geared to those who are new to the sport but can be tailored accordingly. There may be differing levels of confidence and you must be willing to bear with one another and work as a team!
Bespoke according to need but can include Introduction to Intermediate level skills coaching and guiding. Map reading/bike based orienteering navigation challenges, races, shelter building, team problem solving, mechanical challenges. We are happy to discuss as needed and can arrange bicycle hire at Sherwood Pines or in the Peak District through our partners.
Due to the physical demands of our courses and for the enjoyment of others we do not allow children under 12 to participate in group courses, we do however conduct private family courses tailored to this need.
COVID 19 Update
We take all necessary measures in line with Public Health England Guidance, group sizes are limited to 6 and participants are expected to bring hand sanitizer and a face mask for times when working in close proximity (these are highly sparse). Courses will be socially distanced (which is pretty easy outdoors!).
